| Job Duties: | Prepare, mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries or other baked goods. Roll dough in dough roller machine manually. Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in production ovens manually. Place finished baked goods on a tray or plastic bags. Clean pans or molders after use d. Prepare bread crumbs. Clean oven, mixer and dough roller machines after used. Prepare flour and other ingredients a day before production time this includes lifting 20 lbs or less of flour and other ingredients. Monitor supplies for replenishment. Clean production area all the time. Clean, arrange and organize stocks. Dependable and able to work early morning shift. |
