Job Title: CAREGIVER
Job Duties: Maintain hourly records of patient care, condition, progress or problems and to report and discuss with visiting U.S. Registered Nurses or case manager. Check patient's pulse, temperature,blood pressure,oxygen level & respiration on hourly basis. Perform Nebulization, suctioning of secretions and enteral feedings via peg tube. Provide patient with help moving in and out of bed, baths, wheelchairs or ambulance and with dressing and grooming. Care for patient by changing bed linens, cleaning or assisting with their personal care. Entertain, converse with or read aloud to patient to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Administer prescribed medications under the written direction of Physician or as directed by U.S. Registered Nurse and ensure patient takes his/her medicine(s). Accompany patient to doctor's offices or on their trips outside the home providing transportation, assistance and companionship. Direct patient in simple prescribed exercises or in the use of braces or artificial limbs. Clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, examination rooms and or other patient areas.

Comments: Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract. Transportation and Subsistence will be provided by the employer to the worker while travelling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as will the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Housing: Employer intends to assist worker in securing board, lodging or other facilities.
