| Job Duties: | Teach students in religion, reading, language, arts, science, math, social studies, physical education. Develop lesson plan and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum needs of each students. Use of variety on instructional strategies using technology. Maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve of functional learning atmosphere in and out of the classroom. Create an effective environment for learning. Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress report. Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students progress or when problem arises. Identifies students need and seek help from Professional Staff in assessing and helping students with social, emotional, and learning problems. Supervise students in and out of classroom activities during school day. Participate in faculty committee and sponsor student activities. |
