| Job Duties: | Front Desk Supervisor Coordinate front-office activities of hotel and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities. Review daily Front Desk Clerk activity reports generated by Night Audit. Maintain an organized filing system with documentation of purchases, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs. Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures. Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of hotel activities. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. Train newly hired front-desk clerks. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of a few months to one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience, • Experience in handling cash, Night Audit and Accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks. • Must be highly computer literate and with experience in Hotel Reservation and Property Management Software • Great customer service skills |
