Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. May perform related duties as required or assigned. |

MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WRITTEN SENTENCES AND PARAGRAPHS IN WORK RELATED DOCUMENTS. MUST BE ABLE TO TALK TO OTHERS IN ENGLISH TO CONVEY INFORMATION EFFECTIVELY.
