Job Title: Solar Energy Accounts Manager/Administrator
Job Duties: This position is responsible for successfully leading, managing, and growing MRE's residential Solar Program in Saipan. The candidate will demonstrate a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership, and possess the ability to optimize processes and people to achieve maximum profitability and quotas set for Micronesia Renewable Energy, Inc. - CNMI The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and positions. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures: • Coordinated and provide office support • Managing reception (incoming phone calls & visitors) • Controlling correspondence (creating documents, generating/responding incoming & outgoing email) • Proper filing systems • Monitoring clerical functions -Compile and submit expense reports for office expenditures. -Receive and process invoice, coordinate with vendors for needed information, secure internal approval for payment, cutting check & process payment if needed. -Managed customer's correspondences/individual files in the dropbox. -Upload project requirements (Property Deed & Utility) in the System Portal. -Coordinate with appropriate parties to address projects concerns & issues. -Report on project status with regards to permitting, approvals, installation, and holds. -Attend and actively participate in Sunnova regular conference calls as needed (discuss project status, customer issues & concerns). -Logging all communication with customers in CRM contact database. -Update project/customer's information in CNMI Flowchart - MRE Revised Opportunity Status Report. -Verification call to customers after signing proposals, answering questions & issues about the system. -Manage office administration, including ordering supplies & interfacing with vendors. -Receive visitors to the office and coordinate Sales Advisors on-site meetings. -General Customer support as needed. -Provide general support to staff (Guam & CNMI), including managing paperwork, responding to request for information. -Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends. -maintains office/sales staff job results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, & contract review. -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -Cornpletes operational requirements by following up on work results of the field staff (Which projects needs for the next process such as DPW or CUC Inspections). -Process DPW Permitting and Inspections: • Bring the Plan/Design to an Engineering Office for review and certification before turning in to DPW for Permitting process. Make a duplicate of the certified Plan for Inspector's copy, attached both Original & Copy to the Building Permit Application for DPW Building Permit process. • Submit DPW application for Building Permit and plans for review (Await processing of application, Schedule Pre-Inspection, Schedule Post Inspection after installation is complete (racking, electrical & paneling)Await inspection approval document & submit to CUC for inspection -Process CUC Net Metering & MCO's • Submit application to Customer Service for Kilowatt Determination (calculations). Await CUC Power Division to calculate system size for PV, Submit additional requirements for Net Metering process (i.e. DPW Final Inspection, as Built Plan) • Arrange schedule of inspection to CUC Power Division (must have DPW permit and inspection report completed. Await for the approval sheet of NM/MCO after the inspection • Process payment for Net Meter/Meter Change Out. Await CUC Power Division to schedule Meter Change Out.

Qualification Requirements: Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience with basic accounting experience; Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Must have a strong back ground and knowledge in Solar Energy • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Proficiency in MS Office
