| Job Duties: | Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team on the planning and scheduling of group visits to the store. Enhance repeat business by establishing and maintaining good rapport and working relationship with travel agents, tour guides and tour conductors. Provide clients with full concierge services, which include transportation and merchandise deliveries and others, some may be non-DFS related. Build, develop and maintain positive rapport and relationships with clients by pro-actively engaging them. Be knowledgeable with our products and services in order to gain client's confidence and trust. Ensure client has the appropriate shopping cards; record and enter customer's information accurately. Answer all telephone calls promptly professionally in in accordance with DFS standards. Follow up on all commitments to clients, including adequate follow up on claims and repairs. Issue promotional give-aways of various marketing campaigns and assist in compiling monthly reports and feedback on promotions. Receive and process telephone, fax, internet orders accurately and efficiently. Advise clients of any promotions or specials available to maximize sales on every order. Be accountable for the accurate issuance of various privilege discount cards to eligible clients in accordance with DFS policy. Handle the switchboard system and make necessary in-house announcements. Assist the Platinum Services Club in coordinating private events, receptions and other services requested by clients. Assist in organizing and participating in all in-store marketing and promotional activities. Ensure that all custom allowances and regulations are followed. Actively promote the DFS brand and project a strong and positive professional appearance at all times. Perform any other duties as requested in a timely and diligent manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment. Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays. Able to work overtime hours when necessary. Preferred language fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Good organizational skills; self- starter and highly motivated. Enjoys working with people. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. High energy level and positive approach to job and team responsibilities. |
