| Job Duties: | Survey buildings/establishment and repair structural, electrical & mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary, fix locks, replace windows etc. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping, ground maintenance and other tasks as assigned. Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed when doing repairs, renovations or any alterations. Do other related duties as assign from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 1~2 year working experience in related position. Must have general knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and other repairing jobs. Must know how to operate repair equipment & tools. Must be physically fit to be able to handle strenuous activities. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Valid CNMI driver license, Health certificate and original Police Clearance required. |
