| Job Duties: | • Test electric circuits or components for continuity using electrical test equipment. • Join pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit. • Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring. • Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment according to wiring diagrams using electrician's hand tools. • Obtain and maintain required certifications. • Install, connect and adjust thermostats, humidistats and timers using hand tools. • Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. • Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures including safety procedures and maintenance of a clean work area |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or GED and has completed HVAC vocational school training • Must have a current Refrigerant Containment Certificate (Level 3) • Must have knowledge of HVAC tools including their uses, repairs and maintenance • Must pass pre-employment trade test • At least 1-2 years on-the-job experience as HVAC Technician • Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours including holidays • Must have a current CNMI Driver’s License |
