| Job Duties: | • Monitoring tables and electronic gaming change and facilitating the communication with Casino Operations, internal support teams and external suppliers • Managing all areas of administrative work for Gaming Projects and Administration team • Prepare business documentations, including, but not limit to reports, budgets, timelines, government submission documents, forms and memorandums • Monitoring all gaming related purchase process, including gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment for Casino Operations • Responsible for stock inventory of all gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency • Monitoring and assisting all gaming tables’ and slots’ backend configuration in the gaming system¬¬ • Support in all aspect for completing gaming project smoothly. • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities • Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel • Supporting Casino Operations to ensure all equipment is in good condition • Ensure the direct reports are aware of their roles and perform them effectively. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree; higher education is an advantage • At least three (3) years’ experience in gaming industry with exposure to casino operation environment is required, including experience with Gaming planning • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Ability to communicate (written/spoken) in Chinese is preferred. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently • Good gaming product knowledge Possess excellent command of Microsoft applications • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
