| Job Duties: | • To verify payouts and assist in the process of payments within permitted limitations. • To observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance and advise slot players on the machine functions, pay tables and payouts. • To promote membership, promotional activities and property facilities and assist in ticket refilling and minor fault fixing. • To ensure safe handling of money and TITO tickets are in line with company policies and procedures. • To ensure all machines are operational and working in a correct manner and remain vigilant to security issues throughout the property. • To ensure all guests are greeted and responded to in a timely manner and consistently provide the highest quality of service to guests. • To remain knowledgeable of various property events and relaying information to guests. • To work with housekeeping to ensure the slot floor is clean and neat at all times and coordinate with F&B team to ensure customers are well services • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Assist to the training for junior attendant such as system knowledge and machine game knowledge. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 2 years customer service or casino industry experience in 5-star hotel or well-known property. • High school graduate or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
