| Job Duties: | Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas. • Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities. • Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property. • Use the in house software applications. • Report writing and completing documentation. • Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken. • Interact with internal customers via the telephone. • Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments. • Follow department SOPs. Perform other associated duties as assigned. • Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. • Successful candidate shall have the ability to coach and mentor less experienced surveillance personnel. • Previous rotating shift work experience preferred. • Basic understanding MS Office (Word and Excel). • Knowledge of and experience with closed circuit television equipment preferred. • Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. • Must be able to detect schemes or cheating activity aimed at the casino or its guests. Knowledge of cheating and illegal activities in casino. • Ability to work in a closed confidential environment and concentrate for extended periods of time. • Good Math’s skills. Not color blind. Attention to details. • This position requires a Gaming License. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English(Written/Spoken) |
