| Job Title: | GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS |
| Job Duties: | All around skills on the following areas: 1 Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines, mechanical equipments, install or repair plumbing, drain system and sewer lines. Maintain and repair air-conditioning and controls system (computerized or manual). 2 Maintain and repair electrical switches, outlets, breakers and circuitry. 3 Build partitions, make plaster or drywall repairs, fix or paint roofs, walls windows, doors, floors, woodworks and other parts of building structures. 4 Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensures machines and equipments for smooth operations, building systems and physical condition of the building. Able to read blueprints and checklist for inspection of drive motors, belts, fluid levels, filters and all building mechanical and electrical equipments. Perform other maintenance works but not limited to replace, repair, fixing worn or broken parts, where necessary or make adjustments to correct malfunctioning equipments and machines. 5 Must able to work in shifting hours, weekends and holidays. 6 Knowledgeable to operate common power tools, hand tools and other building repair tools. |
