| Job Duties: | To supervise and assist in all maintenance and services to clients or customers; assign workers with their specific duties and work assignment; To educate workers on the proper use and functions of special tools and maintenance equipment; To oversee the maintenance operation of the whole land/ground areas to clean or service in an orderly and expert manner; To do landscaping, ground and maintenance job; To do a regular check or site visit of all customers and to recommend/implement the best possible way of maintaining the grounds and lawns; Empty wastebaskets, trash bin or container, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas; Observe precautionary measures required to protect customers/or and guests and report any damaged; -Sweep, scrub or wash floors and rubber mats; - transfer supplies or equipments, between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks; -To assist and/or attend to clients or customer’s needs; to report to the manager on a daily basis and all new projects; To always observe Safety First at all time; and -To do all other works as necessary or as requested by the clients or customers. |
