| Job Duties: | • Develop long-term sustainable business relationships with corporate and business unit executives • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics • Work closely to operations teams to ensure essential services are delivered to guests • Assists in planning and implementation of Casino Marketing activities • Account settlement. • Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline is an advantage. • Previous marketing management experience is highly preferred. • Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ customer service and casino marketing experience. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Written and verbal communications, presentation and translation skills • Excellent communicator, with experience of public speaking and good interpersonal skills • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) preferred. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
