Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Prepare, season and cook various traditional Chinese Cuisine. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping tract of old and new items and rotating stock. Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters/ waitress or patrons. Performs other related duties as assigned by Management. |

Qualification Requirements: | Knowledgeable and highly experienced in cooking Chinese Cuisine. Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in a Chinese Restaurant. Preferably able to speak Mandarin and Chinese language to communicate well with fellow staff and willing to work on flexible time, weekends, nights & holidays. Must have a valid food handler certificate. |
