Job Title: Korean Sales Manager (Korean Market)
Job Duties: Responsible for Korean Sales Market to develop/manager FIT and wholesaler group business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. She/he sees to it that all maximum guest satisfaction is achieved on guest services availed by guest. Must coordinate all necessary information give out to other section or department manager or supervisor to make smooth operations. Agent request must coordinate with Director of Sales. In Korean market solicit new and existing FIT accounts and tour group accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers. Handling guest complain or claims to maximize guest satisfactions. Assist Reservation Supervisor to enter reservations on the PMS. Conduct business operations and management of Front Office. Develop/maintain knowledge of Korean market trends, competition and customers. To perform other duties as assign.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a College graduate or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of management of hotel sales or related field experience preferred. Must Speak, read, write and understand Korean and English. Must be flexible and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred.
