Job Duties: | FIELD TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION: The Field Engineer (FT) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the company’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper working relationships with the engineers and superior as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. Essential Job Responsibilities-The FT performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change. Duties: 1.Confer with superintendent and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements. 2.Assist to Plan and design projects site, may also help to assist Develop construction specifications and procedures, Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and project materials, Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work. 3.May also do to Ensure project plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations with under the supervision of the engineers, Establish, monitor, maintain and update project work schedules. 4.May also help engineers to Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, municipal and regional traffic studies, environmental impact studies or other investigations. 5.May also help to Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for the projects. 6.May also maintain basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment, Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications, Ordering and Managing repair parts cycle times. 7.May also assist To Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service logs and internal service records in a timely manner, maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly. 8.To go sometime with the engineers meeting with Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. |

Qualification Requirements: | 1.Qualifications & Requirements - The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable. 2.College Certificate, or equivalent of 12~24 months experience or Associates line of work experience. 3.Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, OSHA and other CNMI and Federal requirements. 4.The ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 50 lbs. 5.Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external communication as part of a solution-based work process. 6.Experience troubleshooting and responding to all work concerns. 7.Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job. 8.Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. 9.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. |
