| Job Duties: | Performs a wide variety of general and skilled maintenance activities like (carpentry, painting, install electrical panels, furniture repair, plumbing etc.)Repair or replace defective equipment parts, building water pipes, using hand tools and power tools and re-assemble equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance to building, building generator, and equipment; ensure that machines continue to run smoothly; building systems operate efficiently, or maintain and preserve the physical condition of the building. Inspect and perform other maintenance actions following checklists. Assemble, install, or repair wiring electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing and machinery equipment. Responds to emergency situations during and after work hours for immediate resolution of building safety concerns. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 2 years experience as a general maintenance worker is required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must know how to operate and maintain diesel generator. Must know how to prepare written reports (e.g repair status, activity logs, etc..) for the purpose of documenting repair and maintenance activities. Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knows how to drive and with valid CNMI driver's license. |
