Job Title: General Support Coordinator
Job Duties: Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Assist and coordinate various clients on their accounting and document preparation needs, may perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records including computation, posting, classification and record numerical data for financial records. Preparation of various business documents for Clients including CNMI Licenses, CNMI Government Permits, Employees’ Work Permits, Announcements and Publications. Will do everyday various errands including but not limited to various CNMI Government offices, filing with the Division of Revenue and Taxation, U.S. Postal Service and Bank Transactions. Will also assist Clients to settle Tax Problems at the Revenue and Taxation and following up applications to government agencies in Saipan. Will assist Clients in paying taxes at the CNMI Custom Division including requirements needed to get clearance from his Department. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a college graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 or 2 years accounting work experience preferably had previous work in an accounting services and document handling business. Must have a strong knowledge in customer service, accounting, and marketing. Hardworking and trustworthy. Willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays.

Required tools, supplies and Equipment to be provided: Office supplies and equipments will be provided to the employee while on duty at the office. Client for office service will provide necessary equipments and supplies to the employee.
