| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate the daily operations of the company. Oversee activity directly related to all on-going projects, interface with trade professionals, such as masons and carpenters, and regulatory officials such as government workers and lawyers. Calculate cost and determine feasibility of project on analysis. Attend project meetings, analyze reports, maps, project drawings, specification and cost estimate, review government project bidding documents; Prepare project material submittals, estimate and order materials needed for the project; Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. Obtain the necessary permits and required variances and manage the details for several projects at once. |

| Qualification Requirements: | College graduate with Bachelor Degree; Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager in construction business for government project, 5 years or above working experience in construction management; Excellent communication skills and ability to represent company to various government agencies; Ability to review Auto Cad drawing, operate Microsoft Windows 7: Excel, Word, Outlook; Able to work flexible hours depending on the workflow; Must be able to multi-task. |
