Job Title: Counter Attendant
Job Duties: The Counter Attendant must carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position with a view to maximizing its customer service and business etiquette of all LSG airport restaurants, having some working knowledge in food service, cashiering and general office administration. Serves food or beverages to customers sealed at counter. Calls order to kitchen and picks up and serves order when it is ready. Itemizes and totals checks for service or totals check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts payment. May prepare sandwiches, salads, and other short order items. Accepts money from customers and returns change. Serves cold drinks, using drink-dispensing machine, or frozen milk drinks or desserts, using milkshake or frozen customer machine. Makes and serves hot beverages, using automatic water heater or coffeemaker. Cleans counters, wash dishes and sells other food items offered by the respective restaurant. Performs other duties as required by the mission of the company.

Qualification Requirements: Graduation from high school or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. as a counter attendant, customer service representative or closely related work; or any equivalent combination of experience which provided the preferable knowledge, abilities and skills.
