Serve appetizers or food items to people seated at the bar. Keep an inventory of liquors, wines, beers, soft drinks, cream, fruits, fruit juices. Order supplies. Maintain portion control & inventory of bar stocks. Collect payments for drinks & balance cash receipts & credit card payments. Make daily sales report, monthly inventory & computation of daily consumption of sales. Make sure that the premises are secured upon closing. May perform other related duties as assigned. |
