| Job Duties: | • Provide professional secretarial & administrative services or any other job related duties • Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as payroll, brand standard, guest satisfaction or evaluate performance • Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff • Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff • Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management or governmental agencies • Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management • Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions • Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work • Develop or update procedures, policies, or standards • Maintain records pertaining to relevant operations • Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems • Analyze financial activities of establishments or departments and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes • Keep informed of provisions of labor-management agreements and their effects on departmental operations • Plan for or coordinate office services, such as equipment or supply acquisition or organization, disposal of assets, relocation, parking, maintenance, or security services • Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct and perform other related duties as assigned • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 2 years or more secretarial working experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other job related software • Be able to speak, read, and write in English • Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin • Excellent calendar management experience • Good attention to detail with problem solving skills and good planning, organization and project coordination skills • Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted • Able to work independently • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure |
