| Job Duties: | • Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all hardware, utensils and serving-ware • Prepare regular reports and submit to the Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage • Deliver high quality products and services to every guest • Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction • Provide feedback to guests’ recommendations • Inform management about guests’ comments • Schedule rosters and match manpower to business demands • Delegate duties and tasks fairly and equitably among the staff • Provide supervision, direction and leadership to service staff to achieve department goals • Participate in daily staff briefings • Monitor staff members’ manners and grooming according to company standards. • Test and correct any deviations from service procedures through on the job training • Arrange training sessions and refresher courses for staff • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy • Excellent product knowledge of International cuisines and beverages • Skilled in problem solving and training • Be able to speak, read, and write in English • Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin • Be computer and POS software literate • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time • Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted • Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred |
