Job Title: Supervisor – Beverage
Job Duties: • Manage beverage cost effectively and efficiently • Ensure all venues open on time and that they are ready for business • Ensure staff meet the standards of the bars, addressing and correcting bad practice when necessary • Pre-empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date • Ensure all venues close on time, end of day jobs completed to a high standard, staff are signed off promptly, all back and front of house areas checked and secured and that venues are in excellent order for the next day’s service • Clean and maintain all equipment and notify management of any issues • Assist in cash handling procedures as required • Provide supervision and assist in the timely and accurate completion of tasks • Ensuring stock is received and secured in cellars on delivery • Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product • Display stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as required • Ensure delivery of world class beverage products as well as excellent guest service • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, creativity, consistency and service • Monitor team members’ hygiene and grooming according to company standards • Promote a work environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, involved, equal and safe • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • Have 2 years or more F&B experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property and 2 years in a supervisory role • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, including wines, cocktails, spirits, nonalcoholic drinks or other drinks • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy • Skilled in problem solving and training • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows, Office, POS software & Micros system • Excellent product knowledge of international cuisines and wine; beverages; budgeting and cash handling experience • Be able to speak, read, and write in English • Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin • Be computer and POS software literate • Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time • Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted • Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
