| Job Title: | Senior Manager – Food and Beverage |
| Job Duties: | • Ensure all outlets run according to established operating procedures • Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external guest service • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements • Proactively identify guests’ needs and respond to all of their concerns • Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork • Comply with all health and safety regulations • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity • Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget • Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction • Design departmental training and write operating procedures • Schedule rosters and match manpower to business demands • Provide supervision, direction and leadership to service staff to achieve department goals • Assist with staff hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling and evaluating • Conduct daily briefings and disseminate Company information to staff • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Have 8 years or more of relative food and beverage experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property and 5 years in a supervisory role • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy • Skilled in problem solving and training • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows, Office, POS software & Micros system • Excellent product knowledge of international cuisines and wine; beverages; budgeting and cash handling experience • Be able to speak, read, and write in English • Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin • Be computer and POS software literate • Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time • Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted • Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure • Ability to work a flexible schedule |
