Job Title: Assistant Manager- Transportation
Job Duties: • Oversee and assist with the management of the daily operations of the transportation department and monitor daily staff schedule, ensuring staff are reporting to work, leaving and taking their breaks on time; ensure Team Members deliver high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction and develop and monitor operations policies and procedures • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively and ensure that all the tasks are executed timely according to the standard set by the department. This will be measured by set departmental KPI’s. • Maintain effective communication with other internal departments such as Finance, Casino Operations, and Service Management with challenges that may arise and work as well as coordinate with external agencies such as transportation companies and transportation authority’s etc. on transportation policies and practices for Best Sunshine. • Handle stressful and complex issues that include process failures, escalations, complaints, crisis and poor productivity and motivate and encourage Team Members with a visible career path plan. • Develop, implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for transportation Service, including service standards, staff grooming, vehicle presentation, and health and safety and ensure employees are in compliance with Department and Company policies • Ensure shift information and reports are completed prior to the end of the shift and information is passed-down effectively to entire Management team and monitor team performance and contribute to overall department goals • Complete and issue employee evaluations upon approval of management, develop, coach, counsel and provide staff advancement for promotional opportunities; manage supplies expense; minimize outsourcing expenses; continuously improve health and safety standards and perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent working experience • At least three (3) years of Concierge/ Transportation/Limousine experience in a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property, minimum of one (1) of those years in a managerial or supervisor role • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and transportation management system. • Customer service oriented, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands and must be able to multi-task.
