| Job Duties: | • Develop, implement and maintain procedures to enable the VIP Gaming Cage to function effectively. • Establish production standards and goals, and regularly evaluate departmental progress, revising standards and goals as needed. • Collaborate with casino operations, marketing, finance, compliance, security and surveillance to provide optimal guest service. • Ensure high service standards to all customers, especially VIP guests in terms of efficiency and accuracy during opening and settling of programs. • Provide input into and execute the development, implementation, and measurement of guest service standards within the cage consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes. • Interact with Department and Company Team Members and Management professionally and positively • Implement continuous improvement measures to adhere to enable efficient VIP Gaming Cage operations and customer satisfaction. • Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by the VIP Gaming Cage. • Review departmental reports, to ensure accuracy, making revisions as needed for top management. • Provide input and direction in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability. • Actively participate in the roll out of casino programs, including ensuring that staff and guests are familiar with terms of such programs. • Assist in tracking the performance of programs for post analysis evaluation. • Assist in monitoring and facilitating the extension of credit. • Ensure VIP Gaming Cage staff comply with AML requirements and company operating procedures. • Train and develop staff to ensure succession planning is in place. • Review departmental reports, to ensure accuracy, making revision as needed. • Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all employees under his/her management. • Establish and develop operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the company. • Direct and monitor the budget, operations of assigned departments and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability. • Direct VIP Gaming Cage management to ensure proper staff coverage to support day to day operations. • Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. • Drive ad-hoc project as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent working experience. • Must have 10 years working experience in Cage/ Finance/ Accounting five (5) star hotel environment/ VIP Junket/well-known property. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. • Previous experience in VIP gaming programs is highly preferred. • Strong experience in developing, managing and implementing the strategy for Cage operation. • Must have experience with gaming regulations relating to cash and credit, and an intricate knowledge of all facets of Cage operations • Effective delegations’ skills • Customer service oriented, good interpersonal skills. • Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other job related software. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. • Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. • Able to multi-task. |
