| Job Duties: | • Supervision of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed in their section in accordance with established checklists and to Company’s standard operating procedures and guidelines. • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of guestroom and public areas according to the set standard of the company. • Inspect all guest laundry/dry-cleaning/pressing ensuring all are in good order prior to delivery. • Ensure all Wardrobe Department activities are carried out efficiently and effectively and that at all times a high standard of service is maintained. • Assist in the supervision of the other sections of the department as required. • Assist in the management, coaching and development of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met. • Adhere to all security and maintenance procedures and practices including reporting any unusual or suspicious incidents, hazards or people, complaints and missing or damaged items in a timely and accurate manner. • Communicating with fellow team members and departments to proactively service guests and ensure the standards are maintained and guest requirements are satisfied. • To check personal grooming according to hotel standards of Housekeeping Attendants. • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in Housekeeping related operations in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High school graduate; GED; or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
