| Job Title: | Senior Officer - Gaming Audit |
| Job Duties: | • Manage the daily collection of gaming audit documents and gaming reports and performs • Develop and maintain current audit procedures and audit checklists. • Assist with daily audit process and review of revenue from gaming activities such as Cage, Credit, Players Club, Slots, Special Events, Keys, and Table Games. • Participate in department research, evaluation and investigation of potential fraudulent behavior/activity. • Manage records retention and safeguard company documents. • Ensure all gaming audit procedures are performed and are accurate as outlined in the Commonwealth Casino Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards and Regulatory requirements and GAAP. • Train team members when necessary. • Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental audits, records, and reports. • Authorize and issue exceptions to other departments tactfully. • Key to recommending, implementing, and executing changes to policies and procedures. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting • Minimum of three (3) years Audit/Finance/Accounting experience with at least one year in the gaming industry. • Must have solid understanding of the Gaming Audit process to include Cage, Slot Operations, Table Games, and Patron Management. • Must be a responsible, highly motivated, and flexible individual that can work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Gaming system reports. • Advanced knowledge of Excel including, pivot tables, Macro, advanced calculations/functions and Visual Basic. • Strong working knowledge of Casino operational environment. • Strong technical skills. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Must be able to follow through all issues at a very detailed level to full resolution. • Ability to write routine correspondence, and communicate effectively with all business contacts. • Ability to manage effectively and resolve conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. • Ability to lead and mentor a team. • Excellent work ethics. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Gaming computer systems with Bally/IGT. • Strong understanding of the accounting process and Internal Controls. • Must be able to work closely with Assistant Casino Controller and Casino Controller. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
