| Job Duties: | • Must be enthusiastic, display a positive demeanor, maintain composure under all circumstances, and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. • Supervise security officers, gaming and nongaming activity and report suspicious activity. • Escorts and observes guests and employees, to ensure their safety and protection; identifies potential safety hazards and report same to the appropriate individual, for proper resolution. • Must have the ability to drive a security vehicle and be able to secure a local driver’s license. • Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to ensures safe transportation of moneys; assisting in the opening and closing of the gaming tables. • Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 1 year security experience in supervisory level in a Casino / EGM Facility or equivalent working environment. • High school graduate or equivalent working experience. • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
