| Job Duties: | • Interpret production brief from Marketing and Communications team to ascertain vision, equipment requirements, shoots, etc. • Responsible for all IVCS Control room equipment including the IPTV, Digital Video on Demand, Digital Encoding/Decoding of content, signage, LED displays, in-room TV Media System, play list system, editing and background audio systems. • Manage the property wide promotional AV content and the in-room music and video Creation and editing of AV content for the system, including the shooting of footage as required. • Create music play lists and zones area. Managing the reconfiguring of media displays, including relocation throughout the property. • Project Manage appointed contractors through project delivery including approving design submittals, site inspections, final commissioning & acceptance and client handover Communicate, liaise and partner with staff members and other departments and business units as required to inform them of production and operational issues and TV crews to aid in their performance, shoots as required. • Ensure the completion and logging of regular video systems and sound checks throughout the property including all monitors and screens. • Ensure all technical equipment faults are logged and repaired in a timely manner. • Perform recording and replay of commercial material as required. • Perform dubbing of material as required and duplication. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum • Work Experience: Display an excellent understanding of audio and video equipment used within the event industry and have a minimum 6 years’ experience in the project coordination, including the installation and operation of, all aspects of audiovisual equipment in the casino industry. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation.
