KEEPS RECORD OF CURRENT SALES PRICES OF FOOD ITEMS AND TOTAL SALES VOLUME. May enveador to resolve differences arising between buyers and seller. may prepare market activity reports for management or board.Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers in an establishment or department. Duties may include management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties.

Qualification Requirements: With at least 2(TWO) years working experience as supervisor, fit to work, good police record, minimal absences.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
