| Job Duties: | -MUST BE ABLE TO DESCRIBE TOUR POINTS OF INTEREST TO TOUR GROUP MEMBERS AND HAVE THE APPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS. -MUST BE ABLE TO ESCORT GROUPS OF PEOPLE OR INDIVIDUALS ON CRUISES, SIGHT SEEING TOURS OR THROUGH PLACES OF INTERESTS. -MUST BE ABLE TO MONITOR EACH AND EVERY CLIENT ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ESTABLISMENTS OR TOUR REGULATIONS AND SAFETY PRACTICES. -MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE DIRECTIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATION TO CLIENTS. -MUST HAVE A CHEERFUL DISPOSITION IN INTERACTING WITH CLIENTS IN GREETING AND REGISTERING CLIENTS. -MUST BE ABLE TO DISTRIBUTE AND CONVEY INFORMATION TO CLIENTS THROUGH BROCHURES, AUDIOVISUAL PRESENTATIONS AND SUCH. -MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE MOTOR VEHICLES TO TRANSPORT CLIENTS TO ESTABLISHMENTS AND TOUR SITE LOCATIONS. |
