| Job Duties: | Manager Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. Direct and coordinate activities of staff concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Reviews sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the company officials, and staff members as necessary. Monitor cashier's terminals to ensure that it has adequate cash available and that it is staffed appropriately. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecast of customer demand. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for sale, especially products from Korea, representing management in purchase negotiations. Perform sales floor work such as greeting and assisting customers, stocking shelves, and taking inventory. Qualification Requirements: Must be able to speak and read Korean language. Must have at least 5 years experience in retailing industry. Must be able to adapt a fast-pace environment. |
