Job Title: Cage & Count Shift Manager - Technical
Job Duties: • Oversee and manage a designated area of the Count as directed by the Count /Director Manager Responsible for the immediate, periodic, and overhaul repair, maintenance and general operation of the Count machines. • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure all gaming Guests' needs related to credit and cash are handled efficiently and accurately • Ensure that Count policies and procedures are well executed with zero tolerance to variance and supervising Count department team members • Must learn and maintain a thorough working knowledge of count equipment. • Knowledge of department policies and procedures including those pertaining to Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines. • Routinely strive to build and maintain rapport with customers, by handling disputes and making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. • Exercise appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require management attention. • Handle and secure keys within department guidelines. • Build rapport and coordinate daily functions with support services departments, especially Count Operations. • Determine manpower requirements and approve schedules • Attend all required meetings and trainings. • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. • Act as a role model and always present oneself as an asset of Imperial Pacific and encourage others to do the same • Maintain confidentiality at all times. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • 3 years or above of experience in related occupation from a well-established Casino / VIP Junket / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • College degree or above or equivalent experience in related field • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Good leadership skills and effective delegation skills • Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors • Must have excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner. • Basic knowledge of electrical circuitry, electronics and mechanical devices. • Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. • Knowledge of casino games and operations. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
