Job Title: Assistant Surveillance Manager
Job Duties: • Work with Purchasing department for all Surveillance-related equipment purchase. • Provide administrative support and arrange and maintain documents. • Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management. • Manage and maintain executives' schedules. • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. • Make travel arrangements for executives. • Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies. • Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourage others to do the same. • Perform other job-related duties and assisting for Annual Leave and scheduling process • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant education; or equivalent work experience. • Work Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in Surveillance industry. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skills: Excel in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation. • Familiar with Surveillance casino administration with knowledge of Surveillance operational systems and procedures is required • Must maintain a very high level of complete confidentiality relating to Surveillance department business matters and SOPs and any other information. • Be able to multitasks and meet tight deadlines. • Familiar with the purchasing process of Surveillance equipment and products is required. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua will be an advantage. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
