| Job Duties: | Perform administrative and office support to the Admin Director. Assist in Planning and development, perform basic accounting and bookkeeping, and prepare monthly budget proposal and financial reports. Reconcile Bank account on a monthly basis. Process CW visa application. Prepare Crew payroll and maintain files. Responsible for maintaining yacht related documents. Maintain Yacht Crew files. Process offer letters and Employment contracts. Assist in Crew Travel Arrangement. Review yacht related billings and process payment request. Coordinate and reconcile with vendors and process payment request. Monitor crew medical and travel billings. Process crew health insurance and enrollment forms. Assist crew on medical insurance claims. Responsible for crew sign on and sign off process. Oversee human resource related matters. Perform other duties as assigned by the admin director. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a 4 year degree. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant. Must have knowledge in preparation of CW visa. Knowledge in basic accounting is required. Knowledge and experience in preparation of payroll is required. Must have experience in budget preparation, bank reconciliation & CNMI Taxes. Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word. Must be able to multi task and can work with flexible time. Should be able to manage time to accomplish work with minimum supervision. |
