Job Duties: Mix and bake ingredients to produce pandesal, cheesebreads, cheeserolls, spanish breads, hopia, kababayan bread, banana bread, hotdog bread, ham & cheese bread, hamburger buns, hotdog buns, sliced bread, anpan, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods. Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods. Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking. Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, dough roller or cooking machinery. Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills. Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions. Cleaning pans and other baking equipments. Assist other bakers. Other related duties may be assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Two years on the job experience. Ready to work as baker, must have an extensive knowledge in baking, decorating, icing, raw materials cost control, recipe formulation and inventory. Received formal training or certification in baking or food processing preferred. Knows how to operate big baking machines and ovens. Can work early morning shift, must be able to stand for a long time, must be able to lift more than 20 lbs, in good physical condition and would be able to provide food handler certificate as required by CNMI laws.
