| Job Duties: | • Assist the Manager to identify, develop, implement, manage and coordinate the development of all programs to enhance profitability and reduce costs • Define long term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships Identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. • Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients by contacting and entertaining them, promote and sell the attributes of the facilities and areas to ensure future business growth in the future. • Assist the Manager in daily administrative and management duties of the department. • Supervises the activities of the VIP Marketing Department Evaluate customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, and customer acquisition by segment or game preference. • Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc). • Assists in planning and implementation of future projects in Casino Marketing. • Manage existing clients and handle special needs of clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. • Work together with colleagues to take responsibility for the development and deployment of an effective, skilled and competent team of staff. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ customer service and casino marketing experience. Previous marketing management experience is an advantage. • High School Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) preferred. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
