Job Title: Senior Administration Officer- Marketing
Job Duties: • Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests. • Maintain a working knowledge of the property and its amenities, as well as special events on and near the property. • Dispatch service order and requests to respective team members and maintain effective communication with the team and other departments. • Maintain Guest Profiles completely and accurately to ensure outstanding customer service. • Responds and anticipates guest’s requests and inquires courteously and promptly. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. • Assist in managing various projects and coordinate effectively with clients, respective agencies, and vendors. • Assist in drafting of a reasonable business plan as per request by clients or managers. • Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system. • Assist in preparing budget plans per project and create coordinating expense reports. • Coordinate and assist to train and oversee team members. • Complete multiple application packages and submit in a timely manner. • Prepare presentations, proposals and reports per projects. • Conduct business research and analysis. • Perform other job related duties as assigned. • Assists the manager of Casino Marketing in the planning and implementation of future projects. Provides input regarding on-property high-end space, environments, entertainment, amenities and themes to grow high-end table business. • On gaming floor duties as assigned. • Account Settlement. • Assist in developing and implementing on and off property special events, tournaments, concerts and cultural events for casino marketing purposes. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years casino, administration and customer service experience • Preferably in a casino with progressive supervisor or managerial experience required. • Degree holder or Diploma in Business, marketing or related field. • Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Excellent communication and problem solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
