| Job Duties: | • All documents are handled and stored, except for the project’s final deliverable • Troubleshoot issues related to the documents being processed and project related issues • Maintain logs to track the project status • Provide project status updates relating to Departmental Submittals, O&M Manuals and other administration reports as requested • Maintain redline drawings and specifications for the Owner’s team • Attend Contractor/Vendors Progress and Quality Control Meetings • Ability to follow guidelines supplied by Client in relation to security issue • Will be required to work overtime as needed (or directed) to support department demands • May on occasion be required to work outside of normal working hours (or a weekend) to support unique works • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or higher in related field • 5 to 8 years' working experience and knowledge of Engineering Administration would be advantageous with at least 3 years of Document Control management experience in the architectural/engineering industry • Working knowledge of the terminology in the Architectural/Engineering Industry • Knowledgeable in handling classified documents and working in a SharePoint environment • Proficient in MS Office Suite Professional, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Familiar with editing and bookmarking documents within Adobe Acrobat • Must be thorough, well organized, and effectively manage time • Must be flexible and able to work in a very fast paced work environment and at times under the pressure of meeting critical deadlines • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential; able to prioritize multiple tasks • verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese preferred. • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by the Management in a timely manner • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
