Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Duties: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors. Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Estimate future needs of goods and inventory, and cleaning products. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it. Ensures that restaurant operation runs smooth and customers have pleasant dining experience. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. Train new and current employee on proper customer service practices. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

Qualification Requirements: Must have high school diploma and at least have a college or associate degree, preferably Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or its equivalent. Must have a proven 1 -2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager. Extensive Food and Beverage knowledge. Must have strong leadership and motivational skills. Must be able to attend an early morning shift and flexible work hours. Must have good communication and organization skills to coordinate and manage goals. Must be flexible in possible relocation to other sites. Must possess the following skills: attentive, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, self-control/patience, and active listening.May perform other related duties as assigned.
