Place dough in pans, molds, or sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills. Checks quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specification are met. Decorate baked goods, such as cakes or pastries. Direct or coordinate bakery deliveries. Prepare or maintain inventory or production records. Develop new recipes for baked goods. Checks baking equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and performs maintenance or cleaning as necessary. |

Must have 1 to 2 years of experience and training involving both on-the-job experience and in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field. Must be able to attend an early morning shift, flexible work hours and can lift at least 50 lbs. Must have good communication and organization skills to coordinate and manage goals. Must be flexible in possible relocation to other sites.
