| Job Duties: | • Use the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas. • Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities. • Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property. • Use the in house software applications. • Report writing and completing documentation. • Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken. • Interact with internal customers via the telephone. • Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments. • Follow department SOPs. • Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards • Maintain a high level of knowledge of procedures of the areas that are monitored. • Maintain a high level of knowledge of department procedures. • Be a reliable and dependable team member. • Meet all expectations of the position. |

| Qualification Requirements: | o High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. o Previous experience working in a casino as a casino surveillance operator or a casino dealer is preferred but not required. o Knowledge of, or experience with closed circuit television equipment preferred but not required. o Must be willing to be sufficiently trained on casino games. o Good interpersonal and Communication skills. o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. o Must be able to work independently or with a team. o Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. o Must be willing to learn how to detect schemes or cheating activity aimed at the casino or its guests. o Ability to work in a closed confidential environment and concentrate for extended periods of time. o Must have good Math skills. o Ability to write effective reports and memos. o Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests. o Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, and small group. o Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). |
