| Job Duties: | Checks functionality of safety systems. In-charge for repair and maintenance of physical structure of commercial buildings. Installs, replaces and repairs wiring and defective electrical switches, elements and other fixtures. Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs wooden and concrete structures and fixtures. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements. Perform any other related duties that arise from time to time. |

Experience performing routine maintenance. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
