Job Title:	Auditing Clerk
Job Duties:	Operate computers programmed with SAGE Business Works software to record, store and analyze information. Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes Classify, record, summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals and ledgers or computers Debit, credit, and total accounts on Excel spreadsheets and databases, using EFT Management and SAGE Business Works software. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Received, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, inventories and profit and losses. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Perform other related duties.

Qualification Requirements:	1.Associate degree in accounting or banking and finance required 2.1-2 years experience in a highly responsible position 3.Knowledgeable in EFT Management service auditing 4.Knowledgeable of banking and Account Clearing House procedures 5.Knowledgeable in Sage Software Business Works Program 6.Knowledgeable of human resource updates and regulations to ensure company is in compliance 7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Net Manage Ecco Pro, Online Tax filing and remittances 8.Ability to maintain Accounts Receivables, Payables and Payroll spreadsheets 9.Must be careful, orderly and detail-oriented to recognize errors on transactions 10.Must have a good communication skills especially in dealing with customers and vendors 11.Must have a strong aptitude for numbers 12.Must pass proficiency test especially on reading and mathematics 13.Ability to work flexible and extended hours, weekends and holidays 14.Trustworthy, honest, efficient, effective and dependable 15.Must have a valid CNMI driver’s license.
