| Job Duties: | Bake variety of bread products according to recipe, company standards and safe food handling practices. check daily production schedules and product orders before starting production. Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specification are met. Adapt the quantity of ingredients ratio to production level. Check machines and equipment to ensure that they are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations before, during and after operation. Report any equipment malfunctions or fill in request for maintenance inspection due to abnormal operating capacity. Perform daily condition check and maintain equipment as necessary. Observe color of products being baked and adjust, and adjust oven temperatures, humidity, and conveyor speeds accordingly. Perform daily condition check and maintain equipment as necessary. Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking. Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending or cooking machinery. Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings and icings, using scales and graduated containers. Roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to established standards. Place dough in pans, molds or on sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills. Apply glazes, icings, or other toppings to baked goods, using spatulas or brushes. Knowledge on working with mass production ovens and monitoring productions and determining oven temperature and baking time. Other assigned duties as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an extensive knowledge in mixing baking, decorating, icing, raw material cost control, recipe formulation and inventory. Received formal training or certification in baking or food processing preferred. High school graduate or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years work experience in commercial baking. Must have the ability to carry out handover procedures in food processing. Must be able to stand for a long period of time and must be able to lift between 20 to 30 lbs. Ability to work in a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends. Dependable and can work with limited supervision and in good physical condition. |
