| Job Duties: | Plan, direct or coordinate activities of the hotel operations and the actual delivery of sales to the customer. Confers and cooperate with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, manage daily hotel operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Review financial statements, sales activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. |
